Quanzhong Guo is a professor and master tutor at the School of Journalism and Communication, Minzu University of China. Doctor of Management from Renmin University of China, post-doctorate jointly trained by Guanghua School of Management of Peking University and Nanfang Press Media Group, former Senior Economist and Senior Economist of the Social and Cultural Teaching and Research Department of the Central Party School (National School of Administration).

郭全中，中央民族大学新闻与传播学院教授 硕士生导师。中国人民大学管理学博士，北京大学光华管理学院与南方报业传媒集团联合培养博士后，原中央党校（国家行政学院）社会和文化教研部高级经济师高级经济师。
